"Hey Reader, So, I said I'd never create a one-woman show, but I think this may just be my version of doing one. The work in this book was never intended to be together or to be delivered in a book format, but, here we are. When the pandemic resulted in isolation, I turned to solo creativity for the first time in a long while. The majority of the movement, art, and writing in this book was created in the midst of the pandemic. I didn't plan to share most of it with anyone but as I spent time with it, I felt the need to share it. You are welcomed to go through this multi-media book start to finish, or jump around as you please. The videos are all accessible through QR codes or by following the website links.
